Detailed Itinerary – Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Bharatpur, Mathura, Vrindavan & Sikandra Tour

Day 1: Arrival in Agra – Exploring the Mughal Heritage

Your journey begins as you arrive at Agra Railway Station, where our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. After freshening up and enjoying lunch, get ready to explore the historical marvels of Agra.

Start your sightseeing with a visit to the magnificent Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this iconic white marble mausoleum stands as a symbol of eternal love. Marvel at its stunning architecture, intricate carvings, and serene gardens.

Next, head to the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that once served as the main residence of the Mughal emperors. Explore its grand palaces, mosques, and courtyards, including Diwan-i-Aam and Diwan-i-Khas, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal from its ramparts.

Day 2: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Bharatpur – Mathura

After an early breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive towards Mathura. On the way, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal capital built by Emperor Akbar. Explore its magnificent palaces, mosques, and courtyards, including Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Jama Masjid, and Tomb of Salim Chishti. This UNESCO-listed city offers a glimpse into Akbar's vision and architectural brilliance.

Continue your journey to Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary in Bharatpur, a paradise for bird lovers. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to over 370 species of birds, including migratory species such as Siberian cranes, pelicans, and kingfishers. Enjoy a rickshaw ride or a guided nature walk through the lush wetlands.

Day 3: Mathura – Vrindavan – Sikandra – Return to Agra

Begin your day with a divine journey through Mathura and Vrindavan, the sacred twin cities associated with Lord Krishna.

Visit Shree Krishna Janmabhoomi, the temple built at the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Witness the spiritual aura of this sacred site and explore its magnificent temple complex.

Next, visit Prem Mandir, a spectacular temple dedicated to Radha-Krishna and Sita-Ram. Adorned with intricate carvings and illuminated beautifully in the evening, this temple is a must-visit for its divine ambiance.

Proceed to the Banke Bihari Temple, one of the most famous temples of Vrindavan, dedicated to Lord Krishna. Experience the devotion of thousands of devotees as you admire the temple’s vibrant atmosphere.

Explore other revered temples of Mathura and Vrindavan, such as ISKCON Temple and Radha Raman Temple, each with its unique charm and spiritual significance.

After an enriching spiritual experience, drive back to Agra. En route, stop at Sikandra, the grand tomb of Emperor Akbar. This architectural masterpiece is a blend of Hindu, Islamic, and Persian styles and serves as the final resting place of one of India's greatest emperors.

Before concluding your journey, visit Dayal Bagh, also known as the "Garden of the Merciful." This serene place houses the Radha Soami Samadhi, an impressive white marble temple known for its intricate carvings.
